Wild yeast likes to take it’s time getting ready, so I have already begun preparations for the next market. The flavors I will have available are as follows:

I have done a little work on my cinnamon and cinnamon raisin bread recipe. It is now a bit softer and a bit sweeter. I hope you like the change!
